ERIKS has an invoice-based payment system. For this reason, you can only placeorders using our webshop once your registration has been approved, or if you are already a customer at ERIKS.

Please fill in your e-mail address or username on this page and follow he instructions in the email you receive. For privacy reasons, we do not have access to your password and we cannot send it to you. It is therefore necessary to reset your passord.

You can change your personal email preferences under "Setting" in the main menu.
If you are the administrator of the account and you want to change the email preferences for all users in your account, you can access "Email preferences" in the "Administration" menu.

Once you have created an account, you can add multiple users to the account. Each user must have a dedicated email address and password to access the account. 

As an administrator, you can create a new user using the "Create new user" option under "User manager" in the main menu.

Different user roles can be assigned within our webshop. These roles determine functionalities and permissions within your account. The settings can be altered by the account administrator.

  1. Administrator: As an administrator, you can add new users, assign permissions and functionalities to those users, create budgets and order authorization schemes, and customize order reference options.
  2. Address administrator: Allows a user to create new delivery addresses.
  3. Organization order history: Gives users access to an overview of the orders placed by all fellow users within the account.

 

Order lists only: Users can only add products from order lists to the shopping cart.

These settings can only be altered by the account administrator, under "User manager" in the main menu. Click a user's user name and you will then have the option to assign or disable user roles.

Yes, it is possible to designate multiple users as an administrator. These settings can only be altered by the account administrator, under "User manager" in the main menu.

By placing your orders online, your purchasing process is a lot easier, clearer and faster. With only three easy steps you can place your order online:

  1. Add your products in your digital shopping cart and go to your shopping cart. You will see your personal prices (excl. vat). 
  2. Check and arrange your order. Check or change your delivery address.
  3. Finish the order by choosing your payment method. Payments can be made through iDEAL, Paypal, creditcard or another agreed payment method (only for excisting customers).

You can check the current status of your order at any time in your order history. Make sure that you are logged into your account and then click on 'My account' followed by clicking on 'Orders' next to the search bar in the main menu. Here you will find an overview of all your online and offline orderswith ERIKS.
Your online orders are devided in three sections to track your orders more efficiently:

1. Open orders
2. Open orderlines
3. All orders

As an administrator, or if you have been assigned the "Order History organisation" user role, you can also view the order history of other users within your account.
You will also see ,when applicable, orders to be approved.

The minimum order amount is EUR 85,- ex. VAT ( EUR 100,- incl. shippingcosts and ex. VAT )
These costs are or can be reduced in case of larger order amount.

The processing costs depend on the total value of your order:

As per 1 October 2022 the transport rates will depend on the value of your order and the order method. The rates are shown 
in the table below

When your order is placed and payed through the online payment methods IDEAL, Creditcard or Paypal it is not 
possible the change the order afterwards.
When changing the order manually afterwards the Invoice will not match with the payment made when placing the order, which
will lead to problems in your administration.
Have you payed through a different method other then IDEAL, Creditcard or Paypal, please send us a message 
through our contactform on the bottom of this page.

Please contact our customer support team if you wish to cancel an order.

If you would like to return an order, please contact your ERIKS contact person as stated on your order confirmation or contact our customer support team.

Returns will be accepted by ERIKS only provided that:

  1. ERIKS has approved the return in writing in advance;
  2. this is done carriage paid and with reimbursement of ERIKS’ handling cost, being
    twenty (20) precent of the sales value with a minimum of seventy-five (75) euros;
  3. the returned Goods have a minimum sales value of one hundred and fifty (150)
    euros;
  4. the Goods are stock or standard goods;
  5. the delivery was made no longer than six (6) weeks previously;
  6. the Goods are unused and undamaged; and
  7. the Goods are in their original packaging.

It is possible to add your own item numbers to ERIKS items. When placing an order, an input field is provided where you can add your own item number. We send this information with the order and it can be retrieved in your order history. In addition, we will link this number to the items in our webshop from the following day. Your own item number will also be visible on the product detail page from that point, and can be used as a search term in the search engine.
Please note: Before you can use this function, it must be enabled by the webshop account administrator for your organisation. If you would like to remove or change a linked number, please contact our service department

Yes, this is possible. Make sure that you are logged into your account and then click on the 'My account' followed by 'Orders' next to the search bar in the main menu. Here you will find the "Download as" button on the right-hand side. Click on this button to download a .csv file with an overview of the selected orders.
With the 'sort by' option, you can make a selection by searching by: order, reference, order date, order value, status and buyer.

You can do this by uploading a .csv file of ERIKS item numbers when creating an order list. If you would like to add a list of items to an existing order list, you can do this using “Upload order list” under the Quick Order menu.

Only administrators have the ability to create shared order lists.

  1. To create a shared orders list, click the “Order lists” button in the main menu.
  2. Under the “Create new order list”, enter the name of your new (shared) order list and click “Save”. A screen opens with options to choose from.
  3. Select “Organisation” and then choose whether you want to upload a list immediately or add it manually later on. Now click on “Create order list”.
  4. The order list is created. To share the list with other users, click on the  icon to select which users you want to share the order list with.

As an administrator, you have the option of assigning a user the “Order lists only” user role. To do so, go to “Administration” in the main menu. When you click on a user’s username, you will be taken to the user’s profile, where you have the option of assigning the “Order lists only” user role. If assigned, a user can only add items to the shopping cart, which are available in the order lists.

Before the user can order from the desired order list, they must be assigned to the desired organisation order list.

The ERIKS webshop offers two control options for administrators of an account, namely:

  1. Use of the “Order list only” user role
  2. Use of the budget and authorisation function

1. Use of the “Order list only” user role On a user’s user profile, you have the option of assigning the “Order lists only” user role. If assigned, a user can only add items from the order lists to the shopping cart. Before the user can order from the desired order list, they must be assigned to the desired organisation order list.

2. Use of the budget and authorisation function The “Budget and authorisation” function enables you to set an approval process (per user). This makes it possible, for example, to approve orders from (preferred) users by default or to approve only when they exceed a fixed order value or budget.

Set authorisation:

  1. To set an order or budget authorisation, click the “Set authorisation” button. A screen opens with input fields to fill in.
  2. You enter the authorisation schedule and, if desired, a description.
  3. If you would prefer to approve each order before it is processed by ERIKS, select “Yes” in the “Standard approval” option.
  4. If you select “No” in the “Standard approval” option, you can specify that an order should be approved only if the order differs from the set minimum order value, maximum order value or specified maximum budget.
  5. In “Approval by”, you can indicate who should approve the order. In addition, you can also designate a second approver.
  6. Once you have completed everything, click on “Create authorisation schedule”.
  7. You can then assign users to the created schedule by clicking on the  icon. A user can only be assigned to one authorisation schedule.
  8. If you would like the authorisation schedule you have created to be set as default, click on the star icon. This allows newly created users to be added to the authorisation schedule automatically.

The “Budget and authorization” function enables you to set an approval process (per user). This makes it possible, for example, to approve orders from (preferred) users by default or to approve only when they exceed a fixed order value or budget.

After placing your order you will receive an orderconfirmation within 24 hours.
Please also check your spam in case the orderconfirmation is not visible in your inbox. Can't find the orderconfirmation in your inbox nor spam? Please contact our customer support.

Stock items ordered before 3 pm are delivered the following day. If there are items with a custom delivery time, then the item with the latest delivery date determines the delivery of the whole order. You can find the delivery date on the order overview page during the ordering process. If you would prefer a partial delivery, please contact your salesperson which is mentioned on your orderacknowledgement.

The Track & Trace code of your shipment:

  1. Go to  'My account'.
  2. Navigate to 'Orders'.
  3. Click on the desired ordernumber.
  4. Via the clickable number under Track & Trace the order shipment status is mentioned.

If you still can't find the Information you need, please contact your salesperson which is mentioned on your orderacknowledgement.

You can change your delivery address when you complete your order. Here you can create a new delivery address or select a previously created address.
You can also manage your delivery addresses under “Settings” in the main menu.
Please note: If you have not been assigned the “User administration” role by the administrator of your account, you will not be able to create a new delivery address.

You can have your order delivered directly to your address.
Please note: To place an order through the ERIKS webshop, you must have an account.

You can choose to pay for your orders by Paypal, credit card or iDEAL.

No, the item prices displayed on the webshop are VAT-exclusive. The tax value is added during the checkout process and displayed in the third step of this process - Order summary, right under the Total VAT-exclusive price. You will therefore be able to see the Total price (excluding VAT), the tax value (VAT)and the Total price (including VAT) before confirming your order.

You can apply the discount code when you finalise your order in the third step of your order process: the order overview. After applying it, you will automatically receive the discount and you can immediately see the discounted prices.
