Paying with iDEAL
On the ERIKS webshop it is now possible to pay through iDEAL, the most popular online payment method in The Netherlands. This functionality allows you to
select and pay through your own bank, in a secure manner and with low, fixed transaction fees.
iDEAL is simple and quick: once your payment is completed, you are redirected to a "Thank you" page, which confirms that the transaction was
successful. To make use of this payment method, you need to be a registered online customer. Request your ERIKS account
here.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
- Add the desired products to your Shopping cart and click on the "Proceed to Checkout" button to start the online payment process.
- In the first step, you will have to select a preferred Shipping method. To go to the next step, click on the "Choose Payment" button.
- Now you can choose your preferred payment method: invoice, credit card or iDEAL. Select iDEAL and click on the "Check and Place Order" button.
- In the third step of the process, you will see your Order summary. If everything looks good, click on the "Place order" button.
- You will now see the Order overview page, where you can select your preferred bank for iDEAL payment. Select your bank and click on "Continue".
- You will be directed to the payment page of your preferred bank.
- Once the payment is finalized, you will be redirected to the ERIKS webshop, where you will see the "Thank you page" shown below.
