Application
Can be used in combination with collar bushing/welding neck collar, transfer flange and flat seal.
Technical information
Connection dimensions in accordance with EN 1092/DIN 2501.
Flange bore PN10.
Execution
Mounting method in accordance with DVS 2210-1, addendum 3, and DIN 16962-12.
Only use undamaged and clean products.
1 seal per connection.
Mount the collar bushings completely parallel.
Grease the nuts and bolts.
Observe and mark the prescribed tightening sequence.
Tighten to the specified torque in five steps: Hand-tight/wrench-tight, 30%, 60%, 100%, full check (clockwise).
Tighten the connections after pressing out.
