Would you like us to send your order to you? Then you can choose a delivery address where we will deliver your items. Items in stock that are ordered
before 4.30 p.m. are delivered the next day.
If there are items with a delivery date which has been changed, the item with the latest delivery date determines when the whole order is delivered. You will find the delivery date on the order overview page when you are ordering. Would you prefer partial deliveries? If so, please contact our customer support team.
The handling fees depend on the total value of your order:
- EUR 7 for orders under EUR 150.
- No shipping and handling fees are charged for orders exceeding EUR 150.

General delivery and payment conditions
These general terms and conditions apply to all agreements between ERIKS and its customers, as well as to all quotations and orders issued by customers to the
exclusion of any terms and conditions of the customer. ERIKS is only bound by deviations in the applicability of these general terms and conditions and of the
general terms and conditions themselves after they have been confirmed by ERIKS in writing to the customer.
At the time of the conclusion of the agreement, the customer is deemed to have agreed to the exclusive applicability of these general terms and conditions; the same applies to any subsequent orders placed by the customer, either verbally, by telephone or facsimile or in any other way whatsoever, rendering a written confirmation from ERIKS superfluous.
