PFERD CC-GRIND grinding disc for high-alloy steel machining type 8024

Design: Resin-bonded aluminium oxide grain (A) on tear-proof, thick, vulcanised fibre backing material uniform and slightly loose. The innovative high-strength layer structure of the fibre supporting plate ensures rugged and safe use as with a rough grinding disc. Noise and vibration are reduced by 50 %, dust by 80 %.

Application: For surface grinding, welding seams, chamfering, deburring, edge grinding and combustion flash processing. Especially for tough and coarse grinding.

Note: Not suitable for peripheral grinding. Only for use with spanner flange set (Order Nos. 8024 1000 and 1005).

With cooling properties due to grinding-activated additive coating.
