Product overview

Product description
Full complement bearings (without a cage) incorporate a maximum number of rollers and are therefore suitable for very heavy radial loads at moderate speeds. They are used to locate the shaft axially in one direction and eventually to accommodate axial displacement of the shaft relative to the housing in the opposite direction.

NJG design
Bearings of the NJG design all belong to the heavy dimension series 23 and are intended for very heavily loaded, slow-speed applications. In contrast to the other full complement bearings, the NJG bearings have a self-retaining roller complement. The outer ring with its two integral flanges, together with the roller complement, can be withdrawn from the inner ring and there is no need to provide any extra retention for the rollers. Mounting and dismounting of these bearings are therefore simple operations. NJG design bearings can support axial loads acting in one direction and can consequently locate the shaft in one direction.
