Application

suction and blower hose for abrasive solis such as powder, chips and granulates
for aqueous vapors we recommend the Abraflex MD Food hose, this hose is resistant against hydrolysis
good resistance to oil and petrol vapors

peaks at +125 °C

Properties

polyurethane profile, extremely wear resistant, with a completely embedded steel spiral, thickness polyurethane around 1,5 mm
smooth tube, corrugated cover
flow direction is shown by an arrow on the hose
stays flexible, also at low temperatures
plasticiser and halogen-free
gas and liquid tight
UV and ozone resistant
this hose is flame retardant
electronic discharge through spiral
special antistatic PUR (R < 1 G Ω)

Spiralex hose clamp
The Spiralex hose clamp has a "bridge" profile which prevents leakage from under the spiral.
