FORMAT NC compact tensioner FKS type 3845

Design: Clamping system mechanical/mechanical with power transmitter, manually operated. The stable steel base body and all guide surfaces are hardened and ground on all sides, the clamping slides with cross grooves are hardened on all sides and the functional surfaces ground. The drive spindle is provided with pre-setting of clamping force. With clamping surfaces for clamping jaws and stable chip protection, prevents chips from penetrating the interior of the body. All wear-prone guides and the spindle thread can be greased using grease nipples mounted on both sides.

Application: Ideal for use on machining centres. Can be clamped base side.

Supplied: NC compact clamping system FKS with a stationary and a movable stepped jaw.
